Most people use their points for less than they're worth. Jessica teaches women how to turn the spending they're already doing into business and first-class flights — so the woman who carries the weight of everything can finally rest from the moment she steps on the plane.

Hi, I'm Jess
I started working when I was 14, but I was never taught how money worked growing up. When I entered banking at 18, I was eager to understand money because I wanted a more comfortable life than the one I had known. By 19, I was an Investment Consultant helping clients with credit, debt repayment, investing, and mortgage goals.
But after a car accident left me unemployed for the first time, I learned something no textbook or banking role had fully prepared me for: money is not just math. It is emotional too. I know what it feels like to wonder when the next dollar is coming in and to make money mistakes even when you “should know better.” But because of what I did know, I was able to stretch my money, pay off high-interest debt, rebuild my confidence, and get back on track toward my million-dollar retirement goal.
That is why I created She Found Wealth.
I help high achievers make personal finance easier to understand and use points and miles in a way that supports real life — not reckless card chasing, overspending, or travel that creates stress later.
Financial wellness comes first. Points and travel should fit into the life you are building, not complicate it.

Signature Talks
1. THE HIDDEN COST OF BEING WELL
Why financial wellness is health care
Built for stages like: women’s leadership conferences, corporate wellness events, HR and benefits summits, health equity panels, entrepreneurship events, disability inclusion programming
Most people talk about health like it is free. Rest more. Eat better. Go to therapy. Take a vacation. Ask for support. Set boundaries.
But for many women, especially women managing invisible disabilities, chronic pain, neurodivergence, burnout, or caregiving, wellness has a price tag.
Therapy has a price tag. Flexible work has a price tag. Recovery time has a price tag. Massages, appointments, upgraded travel, supplements, mobility-friendly routines, outsourcing, childcare, rest, and space to think all have a price tag.
This keynote reframes money as more than a number in your bank account. Money is access. Money is accommodation. Money is the ability to build a life your body can actually live in.
In this talk, audiences will explore:
• The real financial cost of maintaining health
• Why women feel guilty spending money on support
• How invisible disabilities change the economics of work, travel, and rest
• Why financial wellness belongs inside every health and wellness conversation
• How to build a personal “baseline budget” that supports your actual body, not your fantasy self
This talk is not about telling women to spend less. It is about helping them understand what it costs to be well, and why they deserve to plan for it without shame.
2. LUXURY IS NOT THE PROBLEM
How women can stop apologizing for wanting ease, comfort, and more
Built for stages like: women in business events, travel conferences, financial literacy events, personal development conferences, entrepreneur summits, corporate women’s networks
The first time I upgraded at the gate on an Emirates flight, something shifted.
It was not just about champagne, a better seat, or saying I had flown business class. It was the first time I realized travel did not have to wreck my body.
As someone managing chronic pain and an invisible disability, long-haul economy was not just uncomfortable. It made the life I wanted feel impossible. I wanted to travel. I wanted beauty. I wanted adventure. But I also needed recovery, space, and care.
That upgrade gave me a new question: what if luxury is not frivolous? What if, for some of us, luxury is the thing that makes participation possible?
This keynote challenges the shame women carry around wanting more. More comfort. More money. More support. More spaciousness. More beauty. More access.
In this talk, audiences will explore:
• Why women are taught to confuse self-denial with responsibility
• The difference between luxury as performance and luxury as support
• How points, miles, and financial strategy can make elevated travel more accessible
• Why comfort matters when your body has different needs
• How to build a life that feels good without overspending or over-explaining
This is a talk for every woman who has ever whispered, “Who am I to want this?” and is ready to ask a better question: “What would become possible if I stopped apologizing for needing ease?”
3. BEING POOR IS NOT A VIRTUE
The money mindset shift women need to build wealth, create impact, and receive more
Built for stages like: women’s entrepreneurship conferences, financial empowerment events, business growth forums, leadership retreats, salary negotiation workshops, founder events
A lot of women were raised to believe that wanting money makes them greedy.
We are praised for being low-maintenance. We are celebrated for making it work. We are taught to be grateful, humble, helpful, generous, and accommodating. But somewhere along the way, many women learn to confuse struggle with goodness.
This keynote dismantles the belief that being underpaid, overworked, or financially stretched somehow makes you more moral.
Money is not the enemy of generosity. Money is one of the ways generosity becomes possible.
Money lets you hire people. Pay people well. Support your family. Give to causes you care about. Take care of your body. Leave unsafe rooms. Build businesses. Fund your future. Rest without panic.
In this talk, audiences will explore:
• Why women are often praised for financial self-abandonment
• How under-earning becomes normalized in corporate and entrepreneurial spaces
• The emotional blocks around receiving, charging, negotiating, and earning more
• Why wealth can be a tool for care, safety, and impact
• How to shift from “charging my worth” to building a business model that actually supports your life
This talk is a permission slip for women to stop making themselves small in the name of being good.
4. THE ECONOMICS OF STRESS
What burnout, underpayment, and overwork are really costing women
Built for stages like: corporate wellness events, HR conferences, women’s employee resource groups, leadership events, mental health at work panels, workplace culture events
Stress is expensive.
Not just emotionally. Financially.
It shows up in medical appointments, therapy sessions, missed opportunities, rushed convenience spending, under-negotiated salaries, unpaid recovery time, poor sleep, decision fatigue, burnout, and the quiet cost of trying to keep functioning in systems that were never built for your health.
For women, stress is often treated like a personal failure. Manage your time better. Be more resilient. Take a bubble bath. Try meditation.
But what if stress is not just a wellness issue? What if it is an economic issue?
This keynote explores the financial realities of burnout, chronic stress, invisible illness, perfectionism, and corporate cultures that make people feel guilty for taking the time they are entitled to take.
In this talk, audiences will explore:
• How stress quietly drains women’s money, energy, and earning potential
• Why vacation guilt and sick-day guilt are workplace culture problems
• The cost of being underpaid while over-performing
• How perfectionism and overthinking impact financial decision-making
• Why rest, support, and flexibility are not luxuries, but financial strategies
This talk gives audiences a new way to understand burnout: not as a personal weakness, but as a system with a bill attached.
5. TRAVEL THAT DOESN’T BREAK YOUR BODY
How points, planning, and permission can make luxury travel more accessible
Built for stages like: travel shows, women’s lifestyle events, wellness retreats, accessibility and inclusion events, financial literacy workshops, entrepreneur communities
For some people, travel is fun.
For others, travel is logistics, pain management, overstimulation, recovery days, anxiety, flare-ups, and trying to pretend you are fine while your body is screaming for support.
This talk is for the women who love the idea of travel but know that getting there can take a serious toll.
Through personal storytelling and practical strategy, this keynote explores how points and miles can help women access better travel experiences without assuming luxury has to mean reckless spending.
In this talk, audiences will explore:
• How to think about travel through the lens of health and accessibility
• Why business class can be a practical choice, not a vanity choice
• The guilt women feel around comfort, upgrades, and doing things differently
• How points and miles can reduce the cost of elevated travel
• How to build recovery time, flexibility, and support into travel planning
This is not a talk about luxury for the sake of luxury. It is about making the world more accessible to women whose bodies need more care.
